The salary is Decent. You get good Insurance The culture within the organization is very Inclusive. Great Opportunities to learn, both on the job and through classes. Your'e Challenged by your projects.

Cons

No work life balance Judgmental Environment. Too much about appearance, it is not enough to deliver. Too much competition within teams. Though peopel are willing to help other people.

Bad managers A lot of politics You have to fight for your promotion and increment only good work will not help Initially gives you a high salary but balances out with very low / no increment in next 2-3 years
