Pros

great emphasis on teamwork and leadership, just as advertised/talked about, great environment ie no cutthroat behavior as heard of at other firms

Cons

bad working conditions re hours, lifestyle but nothing that is unheard of at any other finance firm as well - prestige and exit opportunities more than compensate for this necesary evil

Pros

The salary was definitely good and in general they are really sophisticated in their approach to work and methodology.

Cons

everyday you pray to god that you are not the one who is getting fired. People are ultra competitive and managers only care about their own job security.

Pros

Extremely team-oriented culture. Lots of emphasis on career development. Very helpful 360-degree review system. Excellent opportunities for internal mobility. Compensation generally higher than other BB firms.

Cons

Expect to learn a great deal of information/skills in a limited time. As long as you show a hunger for learning and a commitment to going beyond the standard expectations of the position, colleagues will readily help you.
