Pros

It is big and successful company so you get a chance to expose to a big world with lot of professionalism. The training provided by them are really good, also they arrange many social events. So you get the chance to develop socially through cultural and different social activities. All work are very well organized. The setup at work, be it machines and you work space everything is well organized and prepared. The health benefits are really good. Also there many different benefits provided by them It has a culture that it tries to follow and keep up with which helps employees to stick by a particular setup. The organization believes in transparency within employee. So the visibility helps to employee to improve.

Cons

As it is an established company as a entry level developer your chances of growth is very bad. Most of the things are already set up. So as a developer my contribution toward the work was minimal, mostly service based, that is why it is hard to grow and to gain more knowledge. The managers are very specific about deadlines but they sometimes prefer time line over the reality of the situation so too much pressure at work and the end product sometimes turn bad because of too much pressure from managers. They are very restricted about security and that sometimes result in too much conservative environment.

Pros

The firm provides very diversified training classes, and I really improve both my hard skills and soft skills a lot here. It's a great place for young people to start a career, although there's no job security unless you have a really good personal relationship with your boss.

Cons

I used to commute 3 hours every day, considering I work more than 12 hours everyday, i have no personal life during weekday, and I got too tired to go out during the weekend.
