      It was a good work environment adn enjoyed the people that I worked with a lot and had a great overall experience

      would have liked if the structure was less hierarchical and managers were more approcable and had more challenging projects to work on

      Pros

      Culture and people make you feel at home. Everybody is ready to help. Global team members gives an excellent experience of working across regions. Work is really good. Good feedback system. Facilities like pick-n-drop, food etc are nice.

      Cons

      Work load might become a lot. Though, perks were great but the actual money paid as stipend was very ordinary. Though, it isn't stressing but the traditional formal environment is not what someone been Google's, Facebook's kind of environment would like.
