Poor management, undergoing restructure Don't believe in what the management said, they will get someone to take the blame immediately if they realize sth will go wrong. Very ambitious sales target, but super low success rate. Will laid you off immediately once your job is done, no matter what contract you are under. No career developmemt, you will be on survival mode once you start your role.
