You can learn a lot about the industry. The company is very welcoming and allows you to be flexible with you schedule as a part-time employee. You can meet some good people for networking as they walk through the door. You really learn how to build a customer-oriented mindset. If you do good work, they will welcome you back at anytime.

Not much room for advancing. Without going into the other side of the business as a store manager you are at the top.
