Pros
The benefits of discounted golf equipment and being around that environment all day, flexible hours to request time off. As the receiving lead I was happy with set hours between 8 to 5.
Cons
Retail hours, under paid, under appreciated. There was not much communication between management and it's employees for help to advance in their caree. I applied 3 times for an upper management position and each time I was only told I was not ready. They did not do anything to help me get to that next level even though I showed a lot of loyalty and commitment
