I am just as excited 30 days in as I was when I started. Great culture, product, and processes for a company at this stage. Very welcoming and accessible executive team.

Cons

None so far. You can get a sense that growth is happening so fast that certain folks are stretched thin but that is to be expected.

I've worked for many companies, but Gong has been by far the best! Great Leadership Team. They really do invest in their employees and will do whatever it takes to help you improve and grow in your role.

Cons

I have yet to find something negative about Gong.
