Pros

Gong is one of the best companies I have ever worked for in my entire life. Here are just a few the pros. Love the culture very much as it reminds me of Google and Apple my former employees. The employees are extremely talented, very efficient and extremely forward thinking. The recrutiring experience was absolutely seamless. One of the most wonderful things about this company is the freedom to be creative, think differently and offer your own point of view on how to create highly effective processes and strategic initiatives that garner a caliber of robust thinkers and future sales trend setters resulting in performing teams while successful accomplishing our goal of providing autonomy and reality. Not only that the unlimited PTO, The ability to take off two days every quarter for recharging, the focus on the well-being of the mind body and soul. Benefits from medical dental and vision. Career development and welcoming a true voice to your team in company is very welcomed, in addition to working with amazing ambiguous individuals and truly love that the company embraces all cultures and experiences. I also really love the fact that it’s a very team oriented company and it’s very intimate in terms of focusing on being a close group as we are small, while exploding and capturing the entire market one milestone at a time.

Cons

None and that’s the truth! It’s honestly all pros for me

Pros

I feel very fortunate that I was able to land a job at Gong. While it's a startup, it feels a bit more mature in the sense that the leadership team is seasoned, there is direction at the company, and the recruiting & onboarding process were top-notch. That being said, it is a startup so there is always a laundry list of things to do. I've been very impressed so far with the caliber of people they've hired which is extremely important to me in a company. I also highly believe in the product we're selling and think the possibilities are endless for the future of the company. With COVID they've set up virtual events to keep people engaged (workouts, bingo night, cooking classes, etc), and they have also blocked off at least 2 days at the start of every quarter for people to take off to encourage employees to recharge. Overall I'm very happy to be here and can't wait for what's in store for this company!

Cons

- High turnover on the sales team - Hard to stay connected to the company with the remote work environment, but that would be the case anywhere right now - While they give employees a couple days off at the start of every quarter to "recharge", other than that is doesn't feel like people are taking PTO. Could just be due to COVID (where are people going to travel to right now?), but it still sets a specific tone whether its intentional or not
