Cons

Culture has been going downhill for the past year due to the CRO and his subsequent hires. It’s unfortunate that many great folks have left and are replaced with unremarkable Utah hires that get preferential treatment.

Pros

The company has a great and well-known solution in the market. So, it is a fun space to work in. My colleagues are some of the greatest I've worked with in my career. Flexible WFH policy.

Cons

It's a volatile time to work here right now. We all feel the pressure of racing to be the first end-to-end solution to make it big in our space. This equates to consistent long hours/weeks and constant fire drills. Lots of turnover and rapid leadership changes causing concern throughout the entire company. Pay and career mobility needs significant improvement. Drastic culture change shock.

As it's grown it's gotten a lot more corporate but it's a small con Salaries don't keep up with inflation so you have to be ambitious in your career trajectory because they don't negotiate
