      I'm not one to brown nose or butter things up, but Gong leadership is composed of truly great leaders who care for people. The culture here is no joke and I've loved my experience thus far. The benefits are top notch and I can't complain about anything other than the normal work-related stress of starting a new job. If you care about culture, good leadership, working with excited people, and like talking to customers who light up when they understand your software, this is the place to be

      Gong embodies a unique culture of integrity, innovation, and inclusion. It's rare to find an organization that so consistently operates humanely while at the same time daringly moves forward to win the category of Revenue Intelligence. To boot, Gong WITHOUT FAIL prioritizes its employees and their health over and above the success of the company - People. Come. First. The opportunity at Gong could be characterized as fun, challenging, and yes, revolutionary. Everyone deserves a professional opportunity like the one Gong affords its employees.

      Because of the market opportunity at Gong, the pace of work is FAST. If you're not totally switched on and energized by what's at stake, please consider whether you're optimizing for stability, or alternatively, for hard-hitting action. The latter is what I find to be SUPER exciting at Gong, but it isn't necessarily for everyone. Gong's high intensity should be factored into your decision about joining this high-achieving team.
