      -Onboarding program is world class. I felt it moved at a pace that challenged me but also allowed me to absorb all the information necessary to find early success in my role. -The bar for talent is unmatched. Some of the smartest people in the world work at Gong. The bar for talent does not sacrifice character/ values. -Using Gong at Gong has been the biggest perk of working here. You will not find a better place to advance your sales or management skills.

      No cons at this time. Company is moving at a speed that should be expected at this point in our journey. That speed / environment isn't for everyone.

      A Truly Amazing Interview Experience

      I had the pleasure of being recruited by Amanda Esquivel and after being in Sales for 10+ years, I have to say that it was hands-down the best interview experience I have ever been a part of. Below are a few of the reasons why: - Amanda was genuinely interested in getting to know me and took the time to learn more about me personally in addition to my past work experience and did an excellent job mapping that to the core operating principles. - Preparation: I was extremely well equipped with videos and other materials that did an excellent job of describing the company, role and culture. Also, Amanda took the time to do prep calls with me before each step of the process to make sure I was fully prepared - something that is RARE from my experience. - Encouragement and Advice: I felt very supported throughout the process with Amanda rooting me on and was also directed to a couple of current employees to learn more from them.

      Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about the interview experience itself.

      I have only been at Gong for a few months now, but it is even better than I expected. The product is way more valuable than just call recording. The people are friendly, smart, hard working & down to earth. I have been impressed with the leadership decisions from a strategic business sense to being more inclusive and promoting diversification. Come join us .You will love it here!

      Cons

      We are moving fast which is a good thing, but you have to like working in that type of environment. Things will change month to month or even week to week. It will change for the better, but change can still be hard. Also, with moving this fast means things are not fully built out and we are building as we go.
