Incredible culture in the EMEA office. SDR team are the best I have ever seen. They are given the freedom to be themselves and have fun in work and as a result they absolutely smash it every month. Their energy and laughing energises everyone else in the office. Hopefully they never change. EMEA leadership are inspirational. Our VP is an open book and we would run through a brick wall for her. It is an incredible difficult job and time for selling out there right now, and she will push you to better yourself, but the team is ride or die for her because we know she would never ask you to do something she wouldn’t do herself.

Cons

It is high pressure and it is HARD. But nothing worth having comes easy and nothing that comes easy is worth having. If it was easy everyone would be doing it.

It's been an absolute pleasure to work at Gong so far. Great product. There's a competitive culture that pushes you to push yourself and constantly improve as you are surrounded by best-in-class people. Very supportive of their employees and management in EMEA is super. Great training provided and great tools given to employees to do their jobs to the best of their abilities.

Cons

Typical growing pains in high growth company setting up new region. Lack of career development.
