The company is very predatory and will retaliate or even find ways to fire people for sticking up for their rights. Even when you can prove where workers rights have blatantly been violated HR and corporate just tell you that you should just be happy to even be in the industry. In my store we had no ac for over a month in an all black building that we arnt allowed to open for air flow in 100+ degree weather, people were going home sick and they were counting it against us for going home despite it being due to unhealthy work environment provided by the company. And that is just one of a long list of issues. Bonuses not getting paid or not paid properly, unusable benefits. Offer 401k but no ability to sign up for it. God forbid anyone even mentions a union to help protect the employees. No work life balance they expect you to be there at the drop of a hat. Using everyones tips to pay back drawer and vault shortages without any investogation into why the money was missing... ill stop before the list gets to long.
