The pay is decent, the residents mostly are everything cant help but love each and every one of them the families that come in are so greatful and the work in personally fulfilling ❤️

Cons

Back to yhe pay they don't care about years of experience they allow brand new cnas to make more starting then aides who have been there 10+ years, Angela P who does the hiring comes off amazing then once your comfortable and acclimated she becomes one of the worst narcissistic bosses you will ever meet it makes the work environment uncomfortable. The administrator does nothing but put band aids on all issued. They way they talk about residents and families there is absolutely appalling, and yet you speak up then you are the next target

I have been impressed with the ongoing support and training within Good Samaritan Society. Sunset Drive has an awesome team and it's impressive to see how much value and effort is put into giving excellent resident care.

Cons

As in all healthcare agencies and facilities across the US, it's always challenging to find and retain great staff. The sign on bonuses offered by Good Samaritan Society are a testament to how much they believe in the need to maintain staff to resident ratio balances in order to provide the optimum care possible.
