      Great company culture, Free lunch, Happy Hours, hybrid, lay back office, dog friendly, a lot of snacks, coffee, and drink options

      Cons

      Workload can get heavy, managers do not really communicate in a timely manner, contradicting job responsibilities so you feel like you are walking on egg shells a lot when speaking with your boss or manager
