      mission-driven company; compelling recent leadership hires; good QOL; smart co-workers

      some growing pains with increasing company size; hired a lot of managers from outside in recent years, creating a more hierarchical system

      Pros

      I've never worked anywhere where I loved my coworkers more - I truly enjoy coming into work every day as a result. The overall culture is solid as well - free lunch, free snacks, etc

      Cons

      Comp leaves something to be desired - base salary is generally below market, especially for folks who have been at the company longer
