Managers can sometimes ignore you or are just not good people managers. Career advancement was not obtainable nor relayed properly to ICs.

Today is my 1 year at GoodRx and it has been such a great pleasure working for this company. Everything from the getgo has been a wonderful experience. I work from home and have never met my coworkers and/or superiors but I feel like I know some of them from how much we communicate. The Pros of working here are: Benefits are fantastic. Unlimited PTO is a big plus along with stock options and other goodies. Management listens and implements change where they can and it has vastly improved some of the complaints we as workers have had about certain things. Work place culture is all about the employees and it really makes you feel appreciated! Pay is very competetive!
