Pros

I have worked at GoodRx for over a year now and worked cross functional between many team members. I can never get over how GoodRx is filled with intelligent, friendly and down to earth individuals that truly want to see each other and our company succeed. I've never worked in a more positive work environment before and I can safely say collaboration is common between teams. Leadership is receptive to feedback on company culture, ideas on to improve collaboration, and genuinely cares about its employees. Finally, I understand why decisions are being made and happy to say its not coming out of left field.

Cons

The company is rapidly expanding to accompany process or structure changes; all in an effort to try and constantly improve. Not a bad thing but sometimes there is the apparent growing pain.

Pros

This company will seem great at the outset, however, by the time you hit a year mark, you’re likely it realize GoodRx has the same issues as any male and white dominated company has. Poor leadership, disconnect and miscommunication between teams, repetitive work and being asked to go above and beyond without adequate management or support. White mediocrity is celebrated while diversity is only a value on paperwork, and you’ll be asked to do work you’ll be neither supported in nor described on your original listed role expectations. You’ll slowly realize this company is a neoliberal bandage on a capitalist problem and that you and all your minority coworkers are getting lowballed while your employer can pay itself on the back for diverse hiring . HR is ignorant and useless and your manager probably hates their self and the role theyre in along with your team lead. Good luck!

Cons

Same issues you’ll encounter at literally every startup

Pros

- Great company mission, surrounded by really amazing people who genuinely want to help and do good - Everyone who works here is extremely qualified and good at what they do. - Co-CEOs and senior management set a really good tone at the top. They really care about each and every employee - Our new headquarters looks amazing, can't wait to go in more often after the pandemic (there is no pressure to go into the office) - Really good benefits

Cons

- There is unlimited PTO and we are encouraged to utilize it by upper management, but feel like it is hard to find time to take vacation when we are growing so fast and constantly trying to keep up with the expansion.
