Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the flexibility of remote work, unlimited PTO, strong client partnerships, and supportive colleagues have been positive parts of your time here. We also recognize the impact that layoffs, role ambiguity, and change communication can have on the employee experience. As the business evolves, we’re focused on creating greater clarity, improving enablement, and strengthening how we communicate through change.

Pros

Flexibility with remote work environment

Cons

Very unstable with constant layoffs, lack of pay increases, constant re-structuring with trying to chase their new direction which changes each year. There are more stable and future proof agencies out there.

Pros

unlimited PTO, you can suck at your job and still probably won't get fired

Cons

Constant change, restructuring, and layoffs trying to correct what seems to be a mess that the former CEO made. The culture there incentivizes and praises average work - outside of the beloved consultancy Overline, no other teams are really innovating, curious, or pushing to do the best work of their careers. If you're even a C+ marketer, it's likely you'll be the smartest person on your team and won't learn from anyone around you.
