Where do I start? Cut throat is the name of the game when it concerns middle management. Since all of the Employment and Training positions are grant funded your Team Manager could eventually be your co-worker. The mentality is to prevent growth to prevent potential competition. Teamwork does not exist in this organization. These are the worst managers that I have ever encountered with regards to how far they will go to stab you in the back. If you can...stay away from this place!
