Poor business ethics. Take advantage of special needs employees. Uses the "buddy system" for advancement. Violate protected statuses with impunity.

The stores maintain a relatively relaxed environment.

Cons

The management structure is constantly shifting. Right after I was promoted to assistant general manager, our general manager was let go, and our store was then run by a general manager who never set foot in the store for over a quarter of a year.
