Pros
At certain Goodwill stores there are clicks with Store Mgrs and Asst Mgrs. Which they pay close attention to workers and don't do no work cause their too busy spying on workers or other staff. This should change to make the environment better
Cons
All the staff stick tighter so when they want to report someone it's either 3-4 against 1. So then the staff gets worked fired. The staff of certain stores are very rude and lazy. When the staff does something bad to workers it will haunt them back
