Pros

the work is consistent and there are lots of nice people, lots of down-to-earth people. The health insurance for full-time employees is really good.

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism in terms of who gets leadership and who does not. There is not a lot of coaching or training. You often have to figure things out for yourself and there is often no feedback.
