Pros

It's a job - if you can't find anything else, and if you like to work hard. Free pizza/candy on alternating Fridays.

Cons

Cold, unfriendly environment. H/R goes through the motions, but doesn't seriously consider hiring or promoting from within. Management doesn't listen to concerns. Over-worked with no form of recognition.

Location by T (that's about it). There's nothing good about this place. STAY AWAY - they suck !

Cons

Unstable Financial Books, Deteriorating offices, ignorant attorneys, OLD equipment, crappy HR.

Pros

Goodwin Procter has very good medical benefits - in fact, I don't believe I've ever had a better medical plan. The support departments are good - finance and records are outstanding. Onsite office services are adequate.

Cons

I noticed quite a bit of in-fighting among staff. The management tends to look the other way until there is a blow up. The management does have favorite attorneys and staff members. Perception is that if you are not a favorite, you have no protection.
