Office was amazing, great location, benefits were good. average office age was fairly young which was nice. Good career opportunities if you were willing to hang around

Cons

senior management can be hard to get a read on and not always helpful and unwilling to help you or share information. Feels like a secretive start up and certain managers should not be allowed to lead teams
