There are many pros to working at Goodwin. The two that stand out our: culture and Autonomy. I’ve worked for many places… But the people snd culture here really stand out. It’s the kind of firm that is open to innovative ideas and stresses teamwork.

Cons

Goodwin has a lean staffing Model-People are crazy busy which can lead to burn out.
