Ability to work independently and self-manage. A lot of freedom to work creatively on your own.

Cons

Management is terrible, and salary is extremely low in comparison to other law firms. Yearly Bonus is basically non-existent. They overwork the good employees and make excuses for the employees who do not deserve to be there. They loose so many good employees because they refuse to reward good work ethic and commitment. Its a struggle to get a promotion or pay increase. The way to get ahead is all about who your friends with and not so much the work you put in.

The upper managment truly cares about everyone. People are genuine and caring. You do not need to walk around with armor to deflect the knives being thrown in your back.

Cons

Middle management is always changing and not for the better. For the most part you are treated as a responsible adult not a child who needs a scolding. Second and third chances are given for misdeeds.
