Pros

Great company, good benefits. Friendly people (mostly). Lots of in-house training offered, so you can learn new skills or brush up on existing skills.

Cons

Heavy workload, can be very fast paced (which I like but some might consider a "con"), minimal raises & bonuses for secretaries. Most secretaries here feel the review process is a joke.

Cons

Lacks transparency regarding its financial well-being. Multiple office closures done "under the radar" with limited communication to employees and staff. Makes you wonder about the financial security of the firm.

Pros

Attorneys are generally friendly and respectful. Co-workers are generally friendly, helpful and respectful. Working environment among your peers is without hostility and/or resentment. Very team-oriented environment.

Cons

Not good for secretaries. Treated more like a number than individuals. No real support for issues one may have. No perks, other than your basic benefits. Human Resources pretty much caters to the attorneys with little regard for the secretaries.
