Good salary for unexperienced people. Stable employment.
Cons
Not IT company - work is not greatly appreciated, no recognition. Difficulty to get budget for IT courses or certification. Most of the people from IT has no IT background nor diplomas. With more experience, salary is not increasing as for other companies on market. Strange policies for remote work. Inequality in terms of rule execution.
