The work is really challenging (good) in terms of quality of work in research Resources are very good and a lot of work has been done in almost every direction People are good for discussion and helpful in communication

Cons

Salary is a bit downside in terms of place Management decisions sometimes do lack clarity A long chain of communication to get something conveyed/inquired but is reasonably fast
