Pros

Has great American history to capitalize on.

Cons

CEO is a cancer who is greedy, lost the company billions of dollars and somehow doesn’t get fired for terrible performance. Every process gets bogged down in corporate overreach

Pros

Work diversity was fantastic. A great many of the people that I worked with were 1st class individuals. The pay was more than fair and I left there not feeling that the company owed me anything. Benefits were top notch.

Cons

The field is not taken seriously when they share market information. Management has put to much faith in young college grads and people outside the industry.
