Great individual people to work with. Good pay for the most part.
Cons
Not great people to work for. Hire management from the outside with no industry knowledge who then bring in their cronies. Mass layoffs two years in a row at corporate while also closing plants Management plays favorites. Constant cost cutting with no apparent reasoning or impact on profitability
