started with avg pay after 20 years made about 10k more than when I first started

Cons

Goodyear serv mgr is a co job. you will work at least 50-60 hrs per week and I have worked 80-85 with no additional pay . At that time I was advised they could work me as many hrs as they wanted to.

None really benefits maybe and a couple extra dollars on your tire spiffs! Oh you get personal days for working holidays but only have 90days to use them before they expire....good luck

Cons

BOSS. Upper management doesn't seem to grasp that the turnover rate in my store has been 13 people in 1 yr. But in there eyes this boss can do no wrong. Kinda like the good ol boys taking care of one another deal.

Every employee is overpaid for what he or she actually does. Starbucks in the lobby. Building has lots of windows.

Cons

Incredibly political. Even the simplest fixes to major problems are near impossible to get implemented. Most of your time and energy is directed toward navigating the politics of the company rather than actually solving problems and improving the business. Bring your best suits and ties as how you look is very important within the culture - very shallow.
