Pros
Good product. Corporate culture is better than Commerical division. Garden City Ga store is a joke no focus on growth just handling national accounts and government accounts which pay no money to sales staff.
Cons
Product cost too much. Management is horrible at store level, middle management and corporate level in Commerical division. They micro manage everything you do, where you are, what time you are there, how much time you idle etc. it's a very physical and dirty job as well. You pay for use of truck and uniforms. They don't cover expenses fully. Very poor training program as well.
