Pros

Some of the people are good to work with. The upper management lack concern for some of employees, the hourly associates had more perks the midlevel associates.

Cons

No life out of work! The hours are long, no system for midlevel associates to call out, vacation replacement did not exist. Leadership lack the necessary management skills to run a section or manage people.

Good paying salary, great benifits we work 12 hr rotation shifts so you only work 14 days a month lots of time off. I work with a great bunch of people and that really makes your job

Cons

Cutbacks in order to save money sometimes means things don't get fixed right away
