      Pros

      career opportunities: sky is the limit if you want it and go for it; a lot of excellent knowledge, skills and also very loyal to brand people. Excellent compensation package (although depends which market), a lot of respect to people and a true believe that they are the first asset of the company

      Cons

      organizational design heavy matrix and not really clear so a lot of double work and lack of clarity, Problems with execution and decision making. Too much focus on cost and too much focus on centralization, each decision has to be made on the top level- does not empower....

      Good work-life balance. Once able to fit in, no major push factor to go out. Working environment and colleagues are good.

      Cons

      Too many bureaucracy that makes decision making slow. Takes a longer time to fit in for new hires. Too many expats.
