- High Performance tires , maybe the best in the tire market - Brand Awareness - Long history

Cons

- Low attention to people and their career path ( Europe ) - Increasing turnover with lost of competencies - Internal processes confused and sometime not present at all - Average salary not alligned to market - Obsolete production processes in Europe, not flexible at all - Old fashioned organization not ready to handle very aggressive new competitors ( Hankook , Apollo-Vredestein, GT Tire ... )

There’s more flexibility in moving from technical roles to project management roles, to personnel management roles in a large company, simply because those jobs exist.

Cons

You may have a brilliant idea, but by the time you follow all required processes, and review it with all the stakeholders, and get your executive team to buy-in, there’s a good chance that it may not even resemble what you started with
