      Great people in the local organisation, powerful brands, nice offices, a good place to gain some experience in a multinational company

      Cons

      Firefighters, often shifts of strategy, low salaries, fewer and fewer advantages against competing players in the market, big differences between salaries and benefits in different countries

      Pros

      Money, Lifestyle, friendly people, zero competition, good health insurance and benefits. Opportunity to meet new people and expand horizons. I had the chance to learn quite a bit. You et in touch with all levels in the company.

      Cons

      Integrity is not alway a concern amongts your co-workers. Their priority is to keep things they are. they are crearly afraid of change and are willing to lose good associates in order to keep things the way the have been done for years. Low competition does not help you to go to the next level.
