- they offer additional education and growth - it was nice to work with the most people on the same level as me ( manager), cooperation - I had good team

Cons

- a lot of overtime and enormous amount of work for being underpaid - no increase in salary - it was difficult to work wit the top management people - too much pressure from the top management
