Pros
Goodyear is a great company to work for, with a really attentive management and a great work-life balance. The environment is quite demanding in terms of objectives, but this is how they have been over achieving over the past 5 years.
Cons
Policies are still under development, and need to be implemented soon to support all employees. Some of the processes are quite heavy, and this should be corrected with time.
