Company offers good benefits and the hours are typical of retail establishments. They offer a good vacation & paid holiday package. No Black Friday hours though, thank goodness.

Cons

After 3 years I received a total of $0.75 in raises and the possibility for advancement without relocation is difficult unless someone quits or retires. Their rate of pay is low and is difficult to live on (under $20k after taxes).
