Pros

-Goodyear has great benefit package!

Cons

-When working salary, you have nothing set up to protect you from management. -Management needs a little work, a lot of people in high position do not know how manage people and treat them fairly. -Can work extremely long hours. -There really little to none diversity in the management.

Plant has been in operation since the 70s. So I feel like it is job security.

Company does not reward leaders. Pay is not appropriate with the times we live in.

Cons

Upward mobility is a difficult at the plant level. Turn over in the salary ranks is high. So proven knowledge over the years is lost.
