      Pros

      Been here for under 2 years, started as an analyst and was given the opportunity to manage shortly thereafter. Google does a great job with compensation, culture, diversity, and process.

      Cons

      Unsurprisingly, Google suffers from many issues of a large tech company. Occasional bureaucracy and inefficiencies in coming to a decision quickly, can plague certain teams.
