A group of amazing and talented people united behind a focused and ambitious mission. A wealth of exciting projects to get involved with. After nearly 10 years one can still sense the startup-feel and buzz of fast incremental progress and breakthroughs.

Cons

At times it can feel like there are too many things to choose from and get involved with, and it can be tricky to stay up to date with everything going on across the company, although there is a lot of effort to share and collaborate widely.

Regardless of technical background there are tonnes of courses, ranging from beginning to advanced python, ML, Reinforcement Learning to Leadership & Self-improvement. Everyone regardless of their seniority or position in the business are generally interested in learning what you do and helping out, everyone is very curious but equally respectful - it's really great if you like to learn.
