Project could be somewhat boring. It really depends on what team you are in though.

The Google brand and working with some talented people.

Cons

Workplace abuse and cruelty. I was on a team where my manager suddenly changed my role without warning. Treated me as if I was some dummy without a voice or value. I’m a person with a family and story. The manager that did this is sick preferring to protect yourself and your own interests. There was no recognition of diverse leadership perspectives or approaches.
