Pros

-Benefits are some of the best I've seen -Very relaxed environment from my experience -Flexible working schedules -Pay is great as long as the stock continues to rise -There are some really talented and bright people here

Cons

-The Google of old seems to be no more -Way to many managers and TPM's that make progress slow and overly complicated -Team Leads seem to have taken a back seat to managers competing with each others for recognition -Everything is proprietary, which can potentially make it difficult to leave. Essentially, you can get stuck working with something that you will not see at any other company. -Get ready to have to sell your ideas to other teams to get anything done.
