The obvious: best-in-class medical insurance, office benefits, etc.

Cons

Here, 90% of the employees are just cruising, with very few actually contributing to the business through their work. Long-term learning and growth opportunities are nonexistent. I suppose that's the trade-off: comfortable work with a good salary/benefits and personal brand, but with zero learning. It's good to spend a couple of years here as a stepping stone.
