Pros

Perks, schedule flexibility and general care for wellbeing.

Cons

It's a big company with tons of teams and sub teams... Becomes hard to get stuff done as fast as you'd like.

Pros

By virtue of being at Google, this team benefits from “big Google” perks. The team still has some good personnel.

Cons

However, this team is “top heavy” with superfluous Management (Directors reporting to Directors, etc). Cloud Systems in particular has a retention problem. They also went through a round of layoffs recently, removing a lot of top talent.
