It's really good health insurance

It's not as fun as it used to be. Folks at smaller offices and remotes frequently get shafted.

Eye-glasses benefits are very good.

Cons

Health benefits have been cut back. Too much drama in the DEI initiatives (firing those driving it). Harder to move around.
